Year 6 Class Teacher - Gorton Educate GM is seeking a passionate and skilled Year 6 Teacher to join our partner school in Manchester.
This role is ideal for an educator who thrives in an upper Key Stage 2 environment, brings enthusiasm for teaching in a diverse, inner-city school, and is committed to fostering accelerated academic progress and personal growth in students.
The role is full -time, will commence January 2025 and will continue to the end of the academic year .
Salary: M6 to UP3 PayScale depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging, challenging lessons tailored to the diverse needs of Year 6 students.
Exhibit a genuine passion for teaching upper Key Stage 2, especially in inner-city schools.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment through excellent communication, people skills, and effective behaviour management.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement impactful teaching strategies.
Participate actively in extracurricular activities and school events, contributing to the broader school community.
