Year 5 Teacher Role Overview: As a Year 5 Teacher, you will guide students through Key Stage 2 with a focus on developing both their academic abilities and personal skills.
You will teach a broad and stimulating curriculum, including subjects such as Maths, English, Science, and Humanities, with a focus on building independent learning skills and preparing students for their transition to Year 6.
You will be responsible for differentiating lessons to meet the individual needs of students, supporting their progress, and helping them achieve their full potential.
You will maintain regular communication with parents and track students' development through assessments and feedback.
What We Are Looking for: QTS, PGCE A creative, passionate, and resourceful educator who is committed to inspiring and engaging children.
A teacher with experience in KS2 who can demonstrate a track record of success.
Someone who is proactive, adaptable, and able to work well as part of a team.
