Role and ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting children in Year 5 by:Offering tailored 1:1 and small group support to help students with Autism and ADHD build confidence and develop essential skills.Collaborating with the class teacher and SENCO to implement personalized learning strategies.Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages independence.Assisting with classroom management and utilising effective strategies to support positive behaviour.Candidate RequirementsThe school is looking for a candidate who possesses:Previous experience working with children with Autism and/or ADHD.Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with children and colleagues.Patience, resilience, and a commitment to supporting children's learning and development.
