Responsibilities of the Year 4 Teacher: As a Year 4 teacher , you will be responsible for the pastoral care and academic progress of pupils, creating a positive and engaging learning environment.
Delivering the Key Stage 2 curriculum to Year 4 pupils, focusing on individual learning targets, encouraging their strengths, and addressing areas for growth.
Developing literacy and numeracy skills through well-structured, differentiated lessons that cater to the diverse needs of the students.
Supporting students' social and emotional development, fostering a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
Monitoring pupils' progress, providing feedback, and communicating with parents regarding their child's development.
