This role is a paid to scale contract until July 2025, with option to go permanent for September 2025!
Location: Greenwich Position: Year 4 Teacher - Mainstream Primary School Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging lessons in core subjects (English, Maths, Science), fostering both academic and personal growth.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere, supporting all students in their learning and social development.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing personalized support and differentiated instruction to address individual learning needs.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, including teaching assistants and the SENCO, to deliver a cohesive and supportive learning experience.
Develop lesson plans aligned with the National Curriculum, adapting to diverse learning styles to keep students engaged and motivated.
Experience: Previous experience teaching in a KS2 setting is essential.
A strong understanding of the core subjects and curriculum progression for Year 4 is highly desirable.
