Role: Year 4 Teacher Start Date: ASAP Full time Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and effective lessons to Year 4 students, ensuring that each child reaches their full potential.
Plan and implement a curriculum that meets the diverse needs of all learners.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and support.
Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to enhance the educational experience of our students.
Prepare students for their transition to secondary school, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
Essential Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with significant experience teaching Year 4.
Proven track record of raising attainment and delivering high-quality teaching and learning.
Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and assessment frameworks.
Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
A commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for innovative teaching practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
