Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the needs of Year 3/4 students.
Use a range of teaching strategies to inspire and challenge students in their learning.
Assess and track student progress, providing regular feedback and setting clear targets for improvement.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop curriculum resources and share best practices.
Create a safe, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment where positive relationships can flourish.
Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress and any concerns.
Participate in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and other school activities as required.
Teacher Requirements: A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Proven experience teaching Year 3/4 students in a primary school setting.
In-depth knowledge of the National Curriculum and assessment methods.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of learners.
A commitment to continuous professional development and staying informed of best educational practices.
Flexibility and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
