Flourish Education are recruiting for a Year 2 Teacher to join a Primary School in Lower Gornal, Dudley.
This school is a 3-form entry, large school who value working in partnership with staff and pupils and providing good role models within the school.
Our client is seeking a Year 2 Teacher, to work on a long-term basis, starting ASAP and continuing until Christmas, potentially ongoing.
This role is a no-planning role, and the ideal candidate would be required to deliver pre-planned lessons.

The Responsibilities of the Year 2 Teacher Role: Full classroom responsibilities including planning, teaching, and marking Deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum for Key Stage 1 (KS1) Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback Ensure excellent behaviour management within the classroom Collaborate with the Primary School team to foster a positive learning environment Participate in school activities and parents' evenings Required Skills and Experience: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT) Experience as a Primary Teacher or Class Teacher in Key Stage 1 (KS1) Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum Excellent behaviour management skills Ability to adapt lessons to meet the needs of all learners Working as a Year 2 Teacher for Flourish Education also offers you excellent benefits, including: £130 to £165 per day, equating to £25,350 to £32,175 per annum based on working 5 days a week The option of PAYE or Umbrella payment methods Holiday Pay – PAYE candidates accrue 12.07% of their day rate Pension Contributions Free KCSIE compliant Safeguarding and Prevent Duty Training £100 welcome bonus Refer a Friend bonus scheme Regular contact throughout the registration process and beyond This Year 2 Teacher position is based in Lower Gornal, easily commutable from Dudley, Sedgley, Kingswinford, Wombourne, Tipton, and Bilston.
