Yard Banksman 4 On 4 Off

Interaction recruitment are currently looking to recruit 4 yard banksmen for a newly relocated client based in Kettering.
The full job description covers all associated skills, previous experience, and any qualifications that applicants are expected to have.
This is a 4 on 4 off role consisting of 12 hour shifts.
We are looking for 2 x 06:00-18:00 and 2x 18:00 - 06:00 for 24/7 coverage The ideal candidate: Organised Has experience of managing drivers Can co-ordinate a busy transport yard Must be able to work alongside security and loading whilst observing site rules Can act as the go-between between client and customer when it comes to the yard.
