Overview: A forward-thinking primary school in Hertfordshir are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 3/4 Teacher to join their team on the 4th November.

Role Purpose: The Year 3/4 Teacher will be responsible for delivering a broad and balanced curriculum that caters to the needs of both Year 3 and Year 4 students, encouraging their academic, social, and personal development.
This role requires a creative approach to teaching and the ability to inspire students of varying abilities and interests.
Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that meet the needs of Year 3 and Year 4 students.
Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students, adapting teaching strategies as needed.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment where students are encouraged to take an active role in their learning.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to support the overall development of students.
Participate in school events, activities, and professional development opportunities.
Manage classroom resources effectively and maintain a well-organized and stimulating learning environment.
Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
Experience teaching within Key Stage 2, ideally with exposure to both Year 3 and Year 4.
Strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum and effective teaching strategies for a mixed-age class.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage students and work collaboratively with colleagues and parents.
Commitment to inclusive education and the ability to cater to a wide range of learning needs and abilities.
