XMAS CAR PARK MARSHALL BURY ST EDMUNDS Horizon Parking are looking for helpful and friendly Car Park Marshals to assist us with traffic flow and customer parking as detailed below.
These are temporary roles for the week leading up to Christmas, no experience is needed, and training will be provided.
Job Title: Xmas Car Park Marshal Location: TESCO BURY ST EDMUNDS Dates required: (Please ONLY apply if you are available for ALL shifts) Friday, 20 th December (10am - 6pm) Saturday 21st December (10am - 6pm) Sunday 22nd December (10am - 4pm) Monday 23rd December (10am - 6pm) Total Number of Hours Available: 30, including paid breaks.
Rate of pay: £11.94 per hour (*) Pay dates: Hours worked between 16 th & 22 nd December 2024 will be paid on Friday, 27th December 2024.
Hours worked from the 23rd to 29 th December 2024 (inclusive) will be paid on Friday, 3 rd January 2025.
Hours worked from the 30 th December to 5 th January 2025 (inclusive) will be paid on Friday, 10 th January 2025.
(*) Subject to you completing all allocated hours, along with a provided training video, you will receive an additional £1 per hour for all hours worked in your final payroll run.
You will be directing customers towards empty car parking spaces, assisting them with loading their vehicles if needed.
We will be looking for you to smile and greet customers and do everything possible to make parking simple and easy for customers.
Given the nature of the role, and the fact that you will be working outside in all weather, you must wear a white shirt, black skirt / trousers, and black shoes.
You will be provided with a warm hi-vis jacket, hat and the necessary marshalling equipment.
