The successful post holders will be responsible for delivering training on at least one application within the Encompass system and will teach classes of up to 20 people over an 8 – 12 week period.
You will be trained over a 4 – 6 week window at the Head Office base (Clarendon Dock, Belfast) and will need to pass the credentialing programme before being confirmed for the post.
This position requires daily travel to fulfil your training timetable, focusing on localities across Armagh, Banbridge, Craigavon, L'Derry, Dungannon, Enniskillen, Newry, and Omagh, aligned with the existing programme training timetable.
Paid mileage will be provided.
This is a temporary position until the end of June 2025.
The working hours are 37.5 hours per week; however, there may be a need to work beyond this to support training requirements, with a pay rate of £14.83 per hour.
