Job summary To support the Widening Participation & Volunteer Administrator (WPV Administrator) provide an efficient and effective administrative service to the Widening Participation & Volunteer Advisor (WPV advisor) and Senior Workforce Transformation Manager & Workforce Development & Transformation Manager.
To support with the planning and overview of outcomes from monthlycontract meetings, probationary period meetings, end of contract meetings.Act as first point of contact for internal and external individuals seeking guidance.on Work Experience, Volunteering and Apprenticeship opportunities.
To support with the production and analysis of data; Widening Participation& Volunteer performance monitoring and review information.To support with the completion of Health Education data returns andmonitoring of DAS in line with government guidance.
Main duties of the job 1.
To act as the link to the communication team, provide updates and information as directed, including maintenance of the WPV information.2.
To support with the co-ordination and tracking of all learners via the databases associated with the work stream.3.
To contribute to the development of and be responsible for an effective evaluation process for WPV functions to include the analysis of leaner/manager feedback.4.
To identify improvements to systems and processes based on data analysis of KPI's and learner/manager feedback.5.
To provide an efficient and effective administrative service to the WPV team.6.
Provide clear and accurate information regarding all aspects of the departments activities.7.
To manage the WPV inboxes and monitor and respond to queries.8.
Responsible for following work processes and procedures including data collection and input in line with Departmental KPI's.9.
Contribute to departmental and team meetings to ensure constructive feedback is given and received to improve operational effectiveness.Responsible for continued personal development and other identified areas of development About us Welcome to Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust.
