World-Famous Media Industry Body - Pa To Commercial Director

This essential Media industry body, who have been essential to the Media/Advertising industry for nearly a century, are looking for a talented and hard-working PA to join their team.
A hybrid role partially based in their new London offices, this role will be supporting the Commercial Director and wider Commercial team.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Proactively manage the Commercial Director's busy calendar/diarySchedule and arrange one-off and recurring meetingsFully brief and prep Commercial Director and wider team for essential meetingsManage travel booking and itineraries for the Commercial Director where necessaryHandle correspondence directed to the Commercial Director, including managing inbox and replying on their behalfSupport management with a range of administration tasks – such as meeting scheduling, CRM management, website, social media and newsletter activities.Effectively take meeting minutes and write them up subsequentlyDevelop and maintain effective professional relationships as neededManage all data effectively and proactivelySupporting the team with invoicing and payment managementSupport the team in document creation such as reports, board papers and PowerPoint presentationsProvide flexible administrative support for other departments as necessary, such as holiday and sickness coverAd hoc support as and when requiredThis rewarding and challenging role is one that could really see you make a difference within an essential organisation.
