JOB – Workshop Supervisor LOCATION – Buckinghamshire TERM – Permanent SALARY – Competitive depending on experience A Buckinghamshire based company are looking for a Workshop Supervisor to join their team on a permanent basis.
The Workshop Supervisor will ideally have the following attributes: Previous leadership/ management experience.
18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
Strong control panel wiring skills.
Good understanding of relevant health & safety regulations.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
The duties & responsibilities will include: Lead & supervise the day-to-day running of the workshop.
Managing the full production process for projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
Ensuring health & safety regulations are met at all times.
Liaising with operations & other departments to ensure requirements are being met at all times.
