Workshop Supervisor

Hybrid Recruit are actively recruiting for a Workshop Supervisor to work for a reputable client based at their Huntingdon depot.
The successful Workshop Supervisor will hold the overall responsibility of the yard/warehouse operations by providing excellent standards of service, efficiency, and performance.
Responsibilities of the Workshop Supervisor: * Efficiently managing a team of yard/depot staff, ensuring orders are correct and on time, and providing top quality customer service.
* Ensuring company compliance of all depot/yard policies, legislations and procedures as well as taking responsibility for health and safety issues of the warehouse/yard.
* Managing, monitoring, and developing a team of depot/yard staff.
Ensuring workload is delegated based on skill level.
* Involvement in strategic development and improvements.
* Ensuring housekeeping is well maintained including excellent external presentation of our branch.
* Stock rotation and management of tools and equipment.
* Key holder and custodian with responsibility of depot open and lock up.
* Ensuring all assets are suitably serviced and PDI checked.
* Monitor stock levels and raise purchase requisitions.
* Assigning work on PDA's.
