Workshop Manager Required** To join an internationally recognized transport and logistics company.

* Full PPE provided for all climate conditions * Xmas vouchers * Employee assistance program * Excellent training and development opportunities Responsibilities * Maintain good workshop loading and prioritise repairs * Minimise trailer/truck downtime * Ensure all inspections, services and repairs are carried out to the highest standard * Management all workshop systems and processes * Encourage good workshop practices * Management and overall control of staff overtime * Process paperwork in an accurate and timely manner within the company guidelines * Identify opportunities to exploit the manufacturer's warranty and goodwill schemes to best advantage * Analyse branch maintenance trends and highlight to manager Requirements * Previous experience of workshop management * Qualified technician with the relevant City & Guilds Certificates or equivalent NVQ qualifications * Experience of managing a team.
* Confidence to pushback and question * Analytical and numerical approach to interpreting data is an advantage * Computer literate
