As Workshop Manager, you will play an integral part in managing the assembly process of these machines.

Salary & Benefits: c£55,000 basic + multiple additional bonuses.
36 days annual leave (including bank holidays) + the opportunity to purchase an additional 5 days.

The Workshop Manager job would suit: Hands-on experience with mechanical fitting / assembly of machine components.
Team leadership experience in a similar role within manufacturing.

The Workshop Manager job involves: Plan and manage the workload of technicians, to ensure that projects are completed on time and to budget.
Allocation and management of workshop areas and resources.
Establish and manage the inspection/finishing processes of machined components.
Responsible for calibration of equipment and instrumentation.
Implementation and improvement of workshop working practices and SOPs.
