Job DescriptionWorkshop Manager – Surrey Area (Main Dealership, Prestigious) Location: Hindhead Salary: £32k – £44k OTE Hours: Monday to Friday 07:30am to 17:30pm plus every other Saturday flexibility Our client is a main commercial dealership looking to recruit a Workshop Manager to join their busy site.Workshop Manager Role:You will have a busy and thriving workshop to manage on a daily basis, overseeing of Technicians.
This position is responsible for all aspects of workshop daily management, from issuing work to technicians, tooling & equipment, and Health & Safety.The successful candidate for our Workshop Manager position will be responsible for the day to day management of the workshop, ensuring the service and repair technicians achieve their daily targets.
Assisting the service manager in ensuring the department provides the best possible service to the customers and achieves agreed profits and retention levels.We expect our new Workshop Manager to demonstrate some skills that will prove very beneficial in the position, including: Experience in a main dealer environmentStrong industry knowledgeAptitude for multi-tasking.An eye for detail.Ability to work under pressure.Quality awareness.Communication skills.Full driving license.
