Workshop Manager/Controller | Oldham | 45 hours/week, 7 AM - 5 PM (flexible) | £30,000 - £60,000 depending on experience Based in Oldham near Manchester, our client specialises in repairing and working on new and used vehicles.

Previous experience managing or controlling a workshop environment Strong leadership and organisational skills, with a knack for solving day-to-day challenges Excellent customer service abilities and a results-driven mindset What will your role look like?
As the Workshop Manager/Controller, you will oversee a team of four highly skilled technicians, with the potential to expand further.
In this role, you'll: Manage workshop schedules and job bookings.
Serve as the primary customer contact, ensuring smooth communication and exceptional service.
Coordinate daily tasks and workflow, ensuring that every job is completed to the highest standard.
Support and guide the technicians, providing insight and leadership to improve overall performance.
