Workshop Inspector - Composite

Job Title: Workshop Inspector – Composite Based in Stansted £Competitive Working for a a prestigious company with over 50 years of aircraft maintenance experience, we are recruiting for a workshop inspector.
Main responsibilities Inspections are to be carried out on receipt of components, stage inspections when required and on completion of all works carried out in accordance with EASA, FAA approved procedures
General description Your daily duties as Inspector will include: Ensuring all documentation is kept up to date and compliantCarry out inspection in accordance with the latest manuals (CMM, SRM, AMM etc)Inspections to be carried out on receipt of components, stage inspection and on completionCompiling information up to quotation level to support the Production ManagerSalary negotiable on experienceCo-ordinating alongside the stores departmentAssign tasks and labour as required Requirements Workshop inspector – ideally composite but a structures inspector with composite knowledgeEmployment history in aviation essentialA good knowledge base of aircraft manuals/documentsComputer literacy and experience in Office based software requiredPrevious company approvals are preferredKnowledge of composite repairs very desirable Benefits Package: Company pension20 days holiday (excluding bank holidays) increasing after 1 year employment every year to a maximum of 25Regular staff outings
