Job DescriptionJob role – Workshop ControllerLocation – WorthingSalary – Dependant on experience I am recruiting for a very fast-growing automotive dealership in the Worthing area who are looking for an experienced Workshop Controller to join their hugely successful dealership.The successful candidate ideally will have previous experience as a Workshop Controller and proven customer service experience skills.Workshop Controller position:You will have a busy and thriving workshop to manage on a daily basis.
This position is responsible for all aspects of workshop daily management, from issuing work to technicians, tooling & equipment, and Health & Safety.To apply for our Workshop Controller role you will need to be able to demonstrate some of the skills that will prove very beneficial in the position, including: Previous experience as a Workshop Controller within a main dealership.
To be confident, with a strong understanding of workshop processes and how to get the best from a team.
Full driving licence.
Any endorsements must be notified IT literate.
Good numerical and administrative skills, with attention to detail to ensure accuracy of KPI's.
