What will you be doing?Responsible for the day-to-day running of the workshopEnsuring the service and repair technicians achieve their daily targetsAssisting the service managers in ensuring the department provides the best possible service to the customersAchieves agreed profits and retention levels What are we looking for?Full UK Driving LicenceMotor Industry experience in a similar role is essentialAble to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to work to timescales effectivelyKeen eye for detail, good communication and a passion for delivering great customer serviceExperience in a main dealer environmentStrong industry knowledgeAbility to work under pressure Salary and HoursBasic £38,000 OTE £47,000Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm or shift of 7.30am to 5.30pm, 1 in 4 Saturdays 8am to 2pm
