Can you deliver world-class customer service?About the positionThe successful candidate for our Workshop Controller position will be responsible for the day to day management of the workshop, ensuring the service and repair technicians achieve their daily targets.
Assisting the service Controller in ensuring the department provides the best possible service to the customers and achieves agreed profits and retention levels.About our requirementsWe expect our new Workshop Controller to demonstrate some skills that will prove very beneficial in the position, including: Experience in a main dealer environmentStrong industry knowledgeAptitude for multi-tasking.An eye for detail.Ability to work under pressure.Quality awareness.Communication skills.Full driving license.
Salary: £30K OTE £36K Plus Hours: Mon to Friday 8am to 5.30pm and alternative Saturdays on rota
