Job DescriptionWorkshop Controller Vacancy!
!My client is a forward-thinking company working with 13 brands across 5 locations.
they continue to grow and develop moving forward.They are now looking to enhance their Aftersales team andare recruiting for a Semi-Productive Workshop Controller at their Multi-Franchise site in King's Lynn.
You will have: At least 2 years experience in a similar roleMain Dealer experience (Desirable but not essential)An ability to be highly organised and able to prioritise workloadsA positive attitude at all times and always lead by example The Role- Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be expected to: Maximise workshop efficiency using the resources & people effectively in order to ensure a consistently high level of productivityWork effectively with the brands we represent to ensure industry leading standards of customer care and satisfaction are achieved and maintained at all times, whilst building customer retention.Determine availability of workshop hours daily and liaise frequently with the Service Reception regarding workshop capacityMaintain progress information for each job allocated ensure the Service Reception team are fully aware in order that customers are kept informedHandle any customer complaints in an efficient and effective wayWork with the Aftersales Manager to ensure a smooth running of the dealershipEnsure the accurate and timely completion of all department administration and operational data complying at all times with standards and dealership reporting policies.Ensure all employment, FCA, environmental, Health and Safety, GDPR and Trading Standards policies and practices and statutory legislation are strictly adhered toBe Level 3 qualified.MOT tester a distinct advantageHighlight up-selling opportunities.Completing work in a timely and efficient manner.Work confidently both on your own and alongside your team.
Hours of work are Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm (hour lunch) and alternate Saturdays 8:30am – 1:00pm.We offer: Basic salary of £35,000 (OTE £40,000)Bonus SchemeCompany pension22 days annual plus statutory bank holidaysBirthday off following successful probation Is this vacancy not quite what you're looking for?
