Job DescriptionWe have a fantastic opportunity for a Workshop Controller in the Lancashire area to join a franchised dealership.
As part of the team, you will be a key member at the heart of our operation.
You will be required to run an efficient and professional operation to ensure complete customer satisfaction through the maximum utilisation of workshop facilities.
This is a very hands on, exciting, busy and challenging role.
We are looking for candidates with enthusiasm and a dynamic personality who will share our energy and passion and contribute to our ongoing success.
The candidate must have: Strong management and leadership skillsDriving licenseExcellent organisation skills with the ability to multi task and prioritise deadlinesExperience of working to KPI's, budgets and meeting targetsDiligenceHave a proven track record of managing a team of staffExperience in our automotive industry is essential You need to be pro-active, take pride in what you do, a willingness to learn and be engaged with training and an interest in pursuing a career within our industry.
Workshop Controller Requirements: Ideally previous experience of working as a Workshop Controller, Foreman, Manager or Service Manager To be confident, with a strong understanding of workshop processes and how to get the best from a team.Full driving licence.
Any endorsements must be notifiedIT literate.
Kerridge knowledge would be a distinct advantageGood numerical and administrative skills, with attention to detail to ensure accuracy of KPI's Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8.00am to 17:30pm with 1 hour unpaid lunch break.
