Workplace Experience Coordinator Location: London, CR0 1XJ Hours of work: 40 Contract Type: Permanent As a Workplace Experience Coordinator, you will play a vital role in our culture, driving the customer touchpoint journey as an ambassador of exceptional workplace experiences for both the ISS and our client.
Job Description As Workplace Experience Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the workplace experience team, curating an environment that enhances well-being, boosts productivity, and strengthens company culture, making it a place where customers want to be.
Your responsibilities will include actively seeking opportunities to improve onsite service experiences and deploying new initiatives aligned with the ISS vision.
You will be committed to providing our Workplace staff with the knowledge, skills, and tools they need to deliver exceptional service, connecting people and places to make the world work better.
Creating a memorable workplace experience and moments that matter to all internal and external stakeholders will be one of your key responsibilities.
You will be instrumental in delivering and implementing a service culture mindset, promoting the right behaviours to positively impact colleagues and customers, and helping to create a workplace that fulfils our purpose.

Key Responsibilities A natural host that can make customers, visitors and colleagues feel at home within the location Main point of contact for customer requests and enquiries Assist in delivering the unexpected to our clients through first class customer service Assist in answering all enquiries for the site, room bookings and set up Support the onsite Management team with high profile events Support and create the best customer and workplace experience Develop relationships and capture client's individual requirements for future site visits Have a keen eye for detail and share your notes and feedback to the teams Work on community initiatives to develop connections Undertake tours of the building to ensure best practice and report any faults and concerns at the earliest opportunity Support any key events in and out of normal working hours Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications First Aid trained preferable, but training will be provided as part of the role IOSH preferable but training will be provided as part of the role Workplace Experience Programme training preferable but will be provided as part of the role Experience of working in a high-profile environment Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Must be able to work within a highly confidential environment A high level of Microsoft Office application knowledge and experience The Company ISS is a world-leading workplace and facility management company, connecting people and places to make the world work better.
