The Role: As a Freelance Workplace Needs assessor you will undertake Workplace Needs Assessments to a wide range of individuals in the workplace with challenges including neurodiverse, health conditions, or unique work requirements.
The role requires an assessor that has experience in various areas such as attention deficit disorder (ADHD), autism, menopause, dyslexia, dyscalculia, and dyspraxia.

As an assessor, you will work with individuals to enable them to achieve their goals and objectives in the workplace based on their unique strengths and challenges.
We are looking for Assessors in Bristol, Manchester & London.
Flexibility to assess both virtually and face to face in and around your chosen area within a 95-mile radius.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments with employees to understand their job functions, challenges, and needs.
Identify any technology, equipment, or reasonable adjustments needed to improve work effectiveness and comfort Provide a written report with justifications as per agreed service level agreements What you'll bring: Empathy, respect and understanding of neurodivergent individuals Excellent communication skills verbal, written, active listening, ability to simplify and demonstrate effectively Strong organisation and time management skills Problem solver Ability to create practical solutions to challenges in the workplace Supportive and flexible approach to working with people Collaborative approach experience of working with various stakeholders to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients Education and Experience: Experience in a similar role providing Workplace Needs Assessment in a corporate environment Degree educated - recognised relevant qualification Extensive knowledge of neurodiverse conditions e.g.
ADHD, autism, dyslexia etc.
Understanding of relevant legislation such as the Equality Act Good knowledge of common Assistive Technology software including Read & Write, Dragon, and Mindview.
High level of emotional intelligence These are freelance roles for Manchester- you must have a registered Umbrella/LTD company.
