Working Supervisor - Salisbury

My client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Working Supervisor.
In this pivotal role, you will lead a team, ensuring all maintenance activities are compliant with industry standards and company protocols.
The ideal candidate will bring a solid technical background in building maintenance, with a working knowledge of health and safety protocols and asset management principles.Key Responsibilities:* Oversee and perform Planned Preventive Maintenance as well as reactive tasks, ensuring all work adheres to company standards and is completed within designated timelines.
* Manage and monitor steam boilers within the laundry area, completing required training to become a certified steam operator and Authorised Person* Leverage the CAFM system to monitor progress toward Service Level Agreements and support the maintenance of accurate records and documentation.Key Requirements:* Possess a formal technical qualification in Electrical or Mechanical disciplines (minimum ONC level or equivalent), with at least 3 years of relevant experience in facilities management.
* Strong understanding of Health & Safety standards, including risk assessment procedures and COSHH regulations.
* Skilled in MS Word, Excel, and experienced with CAFM systems for managing and tracking maintenance activities.
