The post holder will be the first point ofcontact for all clinical staff and Nimbuscare member practices.
Main duties of the job Tobe a main point of contact for rota queries,logins, smartcards, and uniform.Tocoordinate new starter inductionsTowork proactively to ensure the rotas are filled across all Nimbuscare services.
Toidentify workforce gaps, acting on planned and unplanned absence to ensureservice delivery is maintained and escalations are made where necessary.Towork with registered agencies where necessary to source clinicians.Toliaise with the Operational Services Senior Service Lead to ensure that rotasare reflective of service delivery requirements of contracts.
Toidentify and highlight opportunities to make improvements to the clinical andnon-clinical rotas that will improve service delivery.
Toutilise our clinical rota system (Rota master) including supporting staff withset up, shift booking and responding to queries as required Tocontribute to the maintenance of clinical staff compliance records, workingwith the clinicians to ensure they are fully compliant to work in our servicesTobuild and maintain effective relationships with all staff and work as part of a teamTocoordinate invoicing and deal with invoice queries and support payrollfrom a rota perspectiveToensure accurate and up to date records of annual leave and absence are recordedTowork with HR and Recruitment when required on general queries, onboarding andcompliance About us Nimbuscareis a not-for-profit organisation that aims to be a collaborative and agileprovider that cares for its people and patients.
