INTERNAL ONLY (DCC Employees Only)An exciting opportunity has arisen to join us as a Workforce Development Advisor within the Adults Workforce Development Team in the People and Culture directorate.
We are looking for a motivated person with experience of training and development in Adult Social Care.
You will work collaboratively with the Workforce Development Officer, Workforce Development Service Manager and other team members across Integrated Adult Social Care.
Your responsibilities will include delivering workforce development projects to support both Devon's internal provider services and private, independent and voluntary adult social care services.
As well as designing, delivering workshops and training sessions online and in person where necessary.
Who we are looking for: We are looking for an individual who has a learning and developmental background and/or experience within Integrated Adult Social Care.
Willing to be flexible in the areas and type of work they are asked to do, and comfortable with managing and working on multiple projects.
