Legal Workflow/Document Production Specialist Permanent Fully Remote Working 2pm – 10pm £38,000 Large prestigious law firm are currently recruiting for an experienced Legal Workflow Coordinator / Document Production Specialist to join their in-house legal document production department on a full-time permanent basis.
The role will be working the early evening shift of 2pm – 10pm on a fully remote basis from home.
This new full-time permanent role is paying £38,000 per annum.
This role will be working as a hands-on Document Production Specialist, and the role will also coordinate work requests submitted to the Document Production department.
This position is the initial point of direct contact for the London office, ensuring smooth intake of work.
Role goals include identifying workflow, ensuring the efficient scheduling of work and handing over to colleagues where necessary and excellent technical skills to respond to queries and for troubleshooting tasks.
Other position expectations include but are not limited to; Consistently deliver high quality services on time, with a focus on responsiveness, client satisfaction, effective client communication and client service orientation.
Liaise closely with Document Production and departmental contacts to filter requests as appropriate, as well as utilising a working knowledge of current Document Production and providing quick turnaround service via email and/or an electronic submission tool as well as helping clients to appropriate solutions.
Utilising client tools and templates in document preparation as required.
Technical document trouble-shooting support as required within the centre or directly with centre users.
Managing and prioritising assigned projects to ensure deadlines and expectations are met.
