This role is a 50/50 split between a Workflow Coordinator and Document Production Specialist role.
Remote work opportunity Full-time, permanent position Work-life balance with a 2pm to 10pm schedule, Monday to Friday The Role As a Workflow Coordinator and Document Production Specialist, you will: Manage and optimise workflow processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Handle all aspects of document production, including correspondence, reports, and data rooms.
Ensure adherence to house style and firm-specific procedures.
Identify bottlenecks and suggest effective solutions.
Maintain clear communication with fee earners for complex tasks.
Ensure deadlines are realistic and renegotiate proactively if necessary.
Keep the workflow system and DPC inbox consistently up to date.
The Candidate For the Workflow Coordinator and Document Production Specialist role, you should have: Exceptional technical skills in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Ability to multitask and manage many projects under tight deadlines.
Discretion in handling confidential information.
Excellent client service and communication skills.
Solid organisational skills and attention to detail.
A proactive, flexible approach with a "can do" attitude.
A background working in document production and related technologies.
