I am thrilled to support an outstanding organisation in the heart of London, in recruiting a Workday Specialist to focus on the recruitment module as a subject matter expert.
This role is a configuration-heavy role where you will purely focus on the development of the module, including workflows, processes, and procedures.
This role sits within a wider workday team, in a truly global setting, reporting to an engaging, intelligent, and dynamic HRIS professional.
This role is perfect for a Workday Specialist, Analyst, or Manager, with a very solid background in configuring the recruitment and or talent development modules, ideally in a global setting.
Workday Recruiting is essential for this hire, ideally, you will have 2-5 years of experience with this module.
Key Responsibilities: Configure, enhance and maintain the Workday Recruitment module to align with business needs.
Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to design and implement recruitment workflows, including job postings, candidate tracking, and onboarding.
Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting within the Workday Recruitment module.
Customize dashboards and reports to deliver insights into recruitment metrics and performance.
Lead system testing, upgrades, and rollout of new features related to recruitment.
Train HR staff and end-users on the efficient use of the Workday system.
Stay updated on Workday best practices and emerging recruitment technology trends.
