A global, market leading, multi-billion dollar AUM hedge fund, going through a huge period of expansion, are looking to make a newly created Workday SME hire into its London based HR function.
Reporting into a Global Head, the hire will play a key role in shaping the HR platform at a time of key growth, using his/her skills as a Workday SME.
The firm recently implemented the Workday HRIS and are actively rolling out new modules, whilst also actively upgrading operational functionality of the HR platform across existing and new offices.
The hire will work to manage the configuration of new Workday modules and processes into the existing HR platform and for the build out of HR architecture for newly opened offices across Europe and Asia to ensure smooth integration onto the firm's global HR platform.
The hire will work to integrate and maintain the newly implemented Workday HCM, Benefits and Compensation modules and analyse and deliver enhancements to existing modules and tools.
The hire will play a role in enhancing the firm's use of data analytics (via automation) as a measure of policy and strategy development, creating and maintaining data analytics visualization dashboards for business leaders which impact global HR strategy at all levels.
This is a business-critical hire so my client is committed to offering the successful candidate a very attractive increase on his/her current base salary and a bonus that can make up a very large % of base if the hire performs to a high standard, a strong proportion of which can be guaranteed as minimum for year one (as a hedge fund specialist recruitment firm, we can confidently suggest that this particular client pay some of the largest comp packages to support staff in the industry).
It is also important to highlight that the hire will be paid a sign-on bonus to more than make up for any loss of earnings moving at this time of year.
A top pension and healthcare package is also included.
Candidates should ideally have 5-10yrs relevant experience and an impressive academic record.
Naturally, extensive workday experience is required / significant Workday integration experience (core HCM and broader modules such as benefits, compensation).
We are open to management consultants or perhaps HR professionals that have had significant workday experience as part of their roles.
The ability to work independently is key, as are excellent communication skills, organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast paced, team-oriented environment.
The firm offers employees the opportunity to operate on a hybrid work week with 2 days wfh + the ability to work remotely during August.
