Leading the end-to-end implementation of Workday modules (Core HCM, Talent, Performance, Advanced Compensation, etc.)
to meet business goals.
Configuring and customizing Workday to streamline processes and drive system efficiency.
Managing data migration with precision, ensuring accuracy before Go-Live.
Acting as a vital liaison between stakeholders, leadership, and cross-functional teams to align efforts.
Designing and optimizing business processes to enhance productivity and performance.
Troubleshooting and providing ongoing support to ensure Workday operations run seamlessly.
Developing impactful dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
Overseeing system upgrades and enhancements to stay ahead of the curve.

Proven expertise in Workday Core HCM, Talent & Performance, Advanced Compensation, and Learning modules.
Experience with Workday reporting, analytics, and integrations to third-party systems.
A strong leader with a history of delivering successful implementations.
Certifications?
(HCM, Recruiting, Integrations, or Reporting) – a bonus!
Comfortable navigating ambiguity, adaptable, and technically creative.
