The focus of the role is to:Lead a team to successfully deliver IPS employment support within South YorkshireLead a highly effective team of Employment Specialists to provide positive and sustained employment outcomes for our customers in line with their job preferencesDeliver a high-quality service in line with the IPSProvide effective operational oversight to the teamWork collaboratively with partners, employers and other stakeholders to enhance service delivery and achieve better outcomes for our customers
