I am seeking a Matron for Midwifery Services to join our team at WHH, reporting to the Director of Midwifery.
In this role, you will champion high standards of antenatal and postnatal care, ensuring compassionate, quality-driven service delivery across the Clinical Business Unit.
With a focus on patient safety, experience, and outcomes, you will provide visible leadership, inspire change, and collaborate closely with clinical teams, patients, and families.
You will play a key role in implementing our Nursing and Midwifery Strategy, fostering a culture of learning, and ensuring compliance with governance and legislation.
As a visionary and innovative leader, you will drive continuous improvement, manage performance, and provide guidance to senior teams.
