#JoinTeamEliot Main duties of the job To develop, implement and maintain administrative systems, including effective and up to datefiling, tracking systems, data gathering and evidence files.To undertake word processing of letters, reports and other documents and information, using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and other IT programmes as required.To work effectively with colleagues, internally and externally to the organisation, to ensure the dissemination of information which is of a highly sensitive and restrictive nature, pertaining to vulnerable adults, children, young people and their families.To take accurate telephone messages and relay them, as required depending on their urgency, to the appropriate member of staff.To respond to and disseminate information in an appropriate and timely manner.To photocopy and distribute documents as required.To undertake minute taking tasks for team meetings as required.

Job description Job responsibilities In addition the post holder is to provide short term cover for colleagues during periods of leave.
