Wirer / Assembler

Location: St AlbansHourly Rate: £13 PAYE or £17 Umb / Ltd Co (Outside IR35)Duration: Minimum 3 months.
Likely to be extended into mid 2025.OverviewDue to an influx of large order, our client are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Wirer / Assembler to join them on a contract basis.
There is the scope for this contract to be extended, or even made into a permanent placement in the future.ResponsibilitiesRead and interpret electronic drawings, diagrams, and schematics.Cable Assembly, Wiring, Soldering and Electro-Mechanical AssemblyUse hand tools and soldering equipment to solder and connect components.Qualifications / BackgroundProven experience in electronics assembly and manufacturing processes.Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics and drawings.Proficient in using hand tools and soldering equipment.Strong attention to detail and precision in assembly work.Day-to-DayCable Assembly and Cable formingWiring, Assembly, Soldering and Mechanical workReading and interpreting electronic drawings and schematics.Some drilling of metal work might also be required
