MIG WELDER We are currently recruiting for a highly skilled Mig Welder based in the heart of Staffordshire This will be a full time Permanent Role working with Aluminium and Stainless Steel Hour of work will be - Monday - Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Company Overview: Our client, a globally recognised leader in their industry, is expanding due to strong market growth.

They are currently seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join their team in the heart of Uttoxeter, Staffordshire.
Role Overview: We are looking for a talented and experienced MIG Welder to join a dedicated team.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with high-quality materials, including Aluminium and Stainless Steel, and will be an integral part of a leading-edge manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities: Perform MIG welding tasks on Aluminium and Stainless Steel materials using hand power tools and welding equipment.
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure precise fabrication and welding.
Weld and fabricate metal components in accordance with client specifications and quality standards.
Maintain and repair welding equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Operate overhead cranes to move heavy products and materials as required during the manufacturing process.
Work collaboratively with the team to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
Requirements: Proven experience as a MIG Welder/Fabricator.
Proficiency in various MIG welding techniques and practices.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to offer practical solutions.
Flexibility with working hours to meet project deadlines.
Ability to work methodically and efficiently, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
