Windows Support Engineer

Core skillset and experience: Build, deploy and support Windows laptops Must have experience working in Banking or Financial Services Good customer-facing communication skills – including senior management and traders Activities: Install Windows image on new laptops Update hardware inventory systems Physical installation of computers, monitors and other IT systems at desk locations Assist with hardware disposal and Use of IT ticketing systems Must be able to manually lift up to 15kg when moving and repositioning computers
