Sanctuary provide in-house repairs and maintenance services for an extensive portfolio of properties across Sanctuary organisations.

Window Cleaner   Liverpool – covering sites across the Northwest   £23,835 - £25,090 per year   40 hours per week   We are looking for a Window Cleaner to join our Northwest Estate Services team.
You will be responsible for window cleaning, gutter vacuum cleaning and other duties.
You will join a large team of 50 and will work alongside 1 other operative sharing a van.
You will cover various sites across the Northwest region and have opportunities to further your career carrying out training when required.
The role of Window Cleaner will include: Carrying out window cleaning, caretaking and cleaning duties Serving as a first point of contact for customers, providing accurate and timely information when needed Identify and report any potential maintenance issues to ensure a safe environment is maintained Ensuring tools, equipment and vehicle are maintained in good condition and stock levels are maintained appropriately   Skills and experiences: Working knowledge and experience of undertaking window cleaning Some experience of general caretaking and cleaning duties Working knowledge of Health and Safety legislation Some experience in understanding simple verbal instructions and undertaking duties as requested Ability to work to deadlines This role will involve driving on company business.
