Wills & Probate Solicitor / Paralegal

Location: Skegness, Lincolnshire (with potential for remote work 2 days per week) Reporting to: Department Director and HR Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am 5pm Holiday Entitlement: 25 days plus Bank Holidays Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 (based on experience) About the Role Join our dynamic Private Client team as a Wills & Probate Solicitor or Paralegal .

In this role, you will: Manage a varied caseload of Wills and Probate matters from inception to completion Assist in the allocation of work within the team, including mentoring and supervising junior team members Contribute to our growth by participating in business development initiatives Key Responsibilities Youll have expertise in: Drafting and advising on Wills, Probate, Powers of Attorney, and Court of Protection matters Trusts, Estate Planning, Wealth Management, and Inheritance Tax planning About You To be successful in this role, youll need: Experience: At least 5 years experience handling Wills and Probate cases independently Skills: Strong IT skills and the ability to use a case management system effectively Mindset: A proactive, team-oriented approach and the ability to work on your own initiative Client Focus: Excellent client care and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to providing high-quality service This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced legal professional looking to advance their career with a reputable firm in Lincolnshire, with the flexibility of remote work.
