Job DescriptionWe are working with a highly regarded legal firm who are looking for a Wills and Probate Solicitor to join their busy firm in the Maidstone area.As a Wills & Probate Solicitor you will be responsible for independently managing your own case load of clients.
You will be providing professional advice on Probate & Estate administration, Inheritance Planning & Trusts.You will be preparing trustees resolution's and deeds of appointment of funds.You will be in close contact with executors, trustee's beneficiaries and other professionals.You will be friendly but professional in you approach and respond well around sensitive subjects.You will be networking with clients and marketing within the team to generate new business.You may be required to attend meetings with clients in their own environment when required.
For this Wills & Probate: You will have at least 1 years PQE.You will be knowledgeable in the Capital Gains, & Tax Advice, ensuring you keep up date with new policies and procedures.You will be a well organised individual with a drive to succeed and progress your career.
