Job Type: Full-time Pay: £50,000.00-£60,000.00 per year Additional pay: Yearly bonus I am currently working with a Legal 500 Firm who are seeking an ambitious Wills and Probate Lawyer to join their busy private client team in Guildford This is an exciting opportunity for a wills and probate solicitor/lawyer/ OR FEE EARNER, who may be seeking their next step with a relaxed (but hard working) team who have plenty of responsibility, but no micro management from above.
My client offers a friendly and personable team environment, along with flexibility (hybrid options), a lucrative bonus structure and generous discretionary bonuses, as well as a busy caseload dealing with HNW individuals, and genuine opportunities to progress.
Required: • Have over 5 years of experience within wills and probate • Ability to independently manage a varied caseload • Consistent and proven track record of billings • Excellent client care skills, project management skills, and a dedication to your career • Ambitious, driven, and personable!
