Astley Clarke is a British luxury jewellery brand renowned for modern elegance and exceptional craftsmanship.
We are seeking a driven, experienced Wholesale Manager to drive our growth across wholesale and concession channels, in the UK and internationally.
WHOLESALE Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing wholesale partners Identify wholesale opportunities in new markets or channels.
Acquire new wholesale accounts Work with relevant teams to ensure smooth wholesale experience (marketing, promotions, timely deliveries of orders, oversee or carry out staff training) Monitor and analyse sales performance, providing regular reports and forecasts Achieve sales targets and growth objectives for wholesale channel CONCESSIONS (Selfridges, etc) Oversee visual merchandising updates and product assortment changes with relevant team members or agencies.
Act as the link between Head Office and Store staff.
Ensure store teams are informed of company initiatives, product launches, and policy changes Regularly review sales reports and performance metrics, and work with team members to ensure store meet sales targets This is a hybrid role (3 days in office, 2 days from home) like the rest of the team.
REQUIREMENTS: Proven Wholesale Experience : 5+ years of experience in wholesale management, preferably within the luxury jewellery, fashion, or accessories sectors.
Relationship Management : Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale partners, ensuring a seamless and high-quality partner experience.
Market Expansion : Track record of identifying and acquiring new wholesale accounts in various markets, driving growth and brand visibility.
Sales & Target Achievement : Strong understanding of sales performance metrics, with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growth objectives.
Visual Merchandising : Experience overseeing visual merchandising in premium concession spaces, with an eye for maintaining brand standards and a cohesive in-store experience.
Analytical Skills : Proficient in analysing sales data, generating forecasts, and providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Communication & Coordination : Excellent communication skills, with experience acting as a liaison between headquarters and retail teams, ensuring smooth operational alignment.
Flexibility : Willingness to travel for partner visits, store checks, and key industry events as needed.
