Based in the heart of the region, this team is already thriving across Shropshire, Telford, Wolverhampton, and expanding towards Birmingham.

As Branch Manager, you'll: Lead and develop a team of two consultants, nurturing their growth and success.

About You We are looking for an experienced recruitment professional with a proven ability to lead and inspire teams.

Strong management experience, ideally within recruitment or sales.

Exceptional organizational skills and a proactive, innovative approach to growth.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
