*WELSH MUST BE YOUR FIRST LANGUAGE* Responsibilities: Effectively manage classroom behaviour Plan and deliver engaging Welsh lessons to students Monitor and assess student development and progress Foster strong, meaningful relationships with students, parents, and colleagues Prepare learning materials in accordance with the current curriculum Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Proof of eligibility to work in the UK Enhanced DBS Certificate (child-only) Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) At least two professional references from the past 24 months First language Welsh speaker Why work with Teaching Personnel?
