Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors in both Welsh and English, providing excellent customer service.
Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and maintaining the reception area.
Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Assist with general inquiries and provide information about services.
Requirements: Fluency in Welsh and English is essential.
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
